Summary:

In April 2018 the District solicited bids for door replacements and repairs pursuant to PCC § 20112. A bid walk was held on April 24th, 2018 with bids due May 7th, 2018. One bid package was received from August Jaye Construction for $278,000.00. After review, the bid is determined to be responsible and aligned with the District budget for the project. Budget was developed based on the cost per door from a prior year’s bid.
