motion 'Approve that Student #12-19 be expelled from all schools of the Mt. Diablo Unified School District and that Student #12-19 may apply for readmission after Wednesday, September 25, 2019. Prior to readmission, Student #12-19 is required to meet the following conditions: 1. participate in twenty (20) hours of individual counseling to address anger management and decision making; 2. participate in California Offender Program Services (COPS) for anger management and decision making; and 3. Show evidence of a successful school experience, with no suspendible infractions, maintain a 2.0 GPA, and have a 90% attendance rate. '. Upon a Roll-Call Vote being taken, the vote was: Aye:
