Summary:
|
On May 21, 2018, the Board of Education awarded Bid #1797 to C-958 to Andy’s Roofing Company, Inc. in the amount of $4,048,900.00 for the provision of all tools, materials, labor and equipment necessary to facilitate roof replacements at Riverview Middle School, Sequoia Elementary School, and Sequoia Middle School.
As a result of District requested scope of work, and to address unforeseen existing conditions, utility infrastructure and building modifications a single, final change order in the amount of $155,620.40 is necessary.
The final change order will result in a contract value of $4,204,520.40, an increase of $155,620.40, 3.84% of the original contract.
