Summary: Per The Cooperative Purchasing Network (TCPN) contract #R141703 awarded December 9, 2014, Office Depot, Inc. was awarded a national "piggyback" contract for office and classrooms supplies. The term of this agreement is for two (2) years with an option of two (2) years in one (1) year increments. Term of Contract 3-1-15 to 2-28-18.
Funding: Projected Budget: $980,000
Various funding sources.
General contract for office supplies and classroom supplies district wide within the 4300 and 4400 object codes and the Supply Warehouse object code 9320.
Fiscal Impact Actual amount may vary depending on site demand.
