motion 'Approve that Student #14-19 be expelled from all schools of the Mt. Diablo Unified School District and that Student #14-19 may apply for readmission after Friday, December 20, 2019. Prior to readmission, Student #14-19 is required to participate in twenty (20) hours of individual counseling to address anger management & social emotional support; serve 30 hours of community service; participate in California Offender Program Services (COPS) for anger management; attend MDUSD Saturday Workshops for drugs; complete a Negative Drug Test; and how evidence of a successful school experience, with no suspendible infractions, earn 30 credits and have a 90% attendance rate.'.
