Summary:
|
On April 30, 2014, the Board of Education awarded a contract to Capital Engineering Consultants, Inc., to support the District with specialized California Proposition 39 Energy Projects. The original contract allowed the district to add additional phases if needed. In order to complete the final project based on our Prop 39 Energy Expenditure Plan Application dated April 19, 2017 we require a contract amendment for Project Planning and Construction Administration facilitate the implementation of a District Wide Energy Management System. The EMS system will allow staff to monitor, measure, and centrally manage HVAC Units to further control electrical usage.
