Summary:
|
Mt. Diablo Unified School District continues to maintain and operate KVHS radio station located on the campus of Clayton Valley Charter High School, and as such, must meet FCC mandates for weekly and monthly testing, logs and requirements, and maintain equipment.
The current agreement is set to expire on June 30, 2019. Staff requests approval to continue the agreement with Melissa Foster Wilson and have employment commence on July 1, 2019 for the 2019-2020 school year.
Duties will include, among other things: broadcasting board meetings, maintaining FCC licenses, collecting royalty payments, and repairing equipment.
