Summary: Contra Costa County Office of Education held a land lease for a relocatable building at Ygnacio Valley High School (formerly used by a Special Education Program). The relocatable building has been vacated by Contra Costa County Office of Education; consequently the relocatable building has been offered for sale to MDUSD in the amount of $1.00 with all rights, title, and free and clear of all liens.
