motion 'Approve that Student #13-18 be expelled from all schools of the Mt. Diablo Unified School District and that Student #13-18 may apply for readmission after March 12, 2019. Prior to readmission, Student #13-18 is required to participate in twenty (20) hours of individual counseling to address alcohol and drugs; participate in thirty (30) hours of community service; attend MDUSD Saturday Workshop for alcohol and drugs; participate in California Offender Program Services (COPS) for alcohol and drugs; and show evidence of a successful school experience, with no suspendible infractions, earn 60 credits and have a 90% attendance rate.
