motion 'Approve that Student #17-18 be expelled from all schools of the Mt. Diablo Unified School District and that Student #17-18 may apply for readmission after Friday, December 21, 2018. Prior to readmission, Student #17-18 must participate in twenty (20) hours of individual counseling to address appropriate behavior and anger management; participate in California Offender Program Services (COPS) for anger management; and show evidence of a successful school experience, with no suspendible infractions, earn 50 credits and have a 90% attendance rate.'.
