Summary:

It has been determined necessary for the District to install five (5) of DSA-approved temporary housing units at Glenbrook Middle School.
Units to include:
Five - 24 X 40 (960 square foot) Classrooms
To accommodate the District's requirement to provide Prop 39 facilities to Rocketship Futuro Academy, staff recommends lease agreements be executed with Mobile Modular Management Corporation for the delivery, rental (initial first month rent and remaining 35 months), and take-down and removal of these DSA modular buildings. These agreements will be processed through a valid, existing "piggyback" contract between the Pajaro Valley Unified School District and McGrath Rent Corporation, dba Mobile Modular Management Corporation. |
