On February 13, 2019, the Board participated in a Governance Workshop to discuss their vision, protocols and norms. Governance meetings have been held every two years and have been a productive way for the team to communicate.
At that meeting, the next step determined was to continue working on a Governance Handbook. Attached is the draft of the Governance Handbook, as well as the guiding bylaws. |
