On June 11, 2018, the Board of Education awarded Bid #1804 to Sunrise Grading & Paving in the amount of $724,588 for the provision of all tools, materials, labor and equipment necessary to facilitate the Hardscape Repair Modernization, Group IV (Bancroft Elementary, Dent Center, Diablo View Middle, Gregory Gardens Elementary, Pleasant Hill Middle, Shadelands Elementary, Silverwood Elementary, Strandwood Elementary, Sunrise Elementary, Westwood Elementary and Willow Creek Center).
As a result of District requested scope of work, and to address unforeseen existing conditions, utility infrastructure and building modifications, a single final change order in the amount of $ $72,459 is necessary.
This final change order will result in a contract value of $797,044, an increase of $72,459, 9.99% of the original contract. |
