Summary:
On May 22, 2017 the Board of Education awarded contract C-958 Project #1782 to Goodland Landscape, Inc. for $5,150,000.00. Award of project is for the provision of all tools, materials, labor and equipment necessary for Athletic Field Improvements at Concord High School according to the plans and specifications. On November 13, 2017, the Board approved an intermediate change order in the amount of $253,931.44.

A final change order (FCO) in the amount of $239,210.35 is necessary for essential project items as listed in the description of FCO. This final change order will result in a final, revised contract value of $5,643,141.79.
