Summary
:
The Meal Charge Policy is a requirement of the USDA. All school food authorities (SFAs) operating the National School Lunch Program (NSLP) and/or School Breakfast Program (SBP) must have a written unpaid meal charge policy. First reading occurred at the April 9, 2018 Board Meeting.

No Fiscal Impact to the Cafeteria Fund. Policy is to provide a procedure to collect outstanding food service balances from student households.
