Mt. Diablo Unified School District Bid #1954 2025 Roofing Project #2 requested for roof renovations at Ayers and Delta View Elementary Schools pursuant to PCC ยง20111.6. The scope included the restoration (replacement and refurbishment) of school roofs. An Add Alt was also bid upon for skylights restoration at Delta View and presented for consideration with this bid award. The District is also bringing forward a Potential Allowance of $97,830 to be combined with the presented award. Nine (9) bid packages were received on March 20, 2025. Andy's Roofing Company, Inc. is the lowest, responsible, responsive bidder.
