Summary:

Both parties have agreed to decrease the school year rate, effective 2/1/2025 - 6/1/2025, from $517.00 per child enrolled per month, to $390.00 per child enrolled per month. Additionally, both parties have agreed to decrease the summer rate, effective 6/4/2025 - 7/2/2025, from $360.00 per child enrolled per week, to $185.00 per child enrolled per week

Fiscal Impact

The District agrees to new maximum compensation, for 8/15/2024 - 7/3/2025, of $3,963,762.00. The previous maximum compensation was $4,549,600.00. All other provisions of Exhibit B remain in full force and effect. This equates to a savings of $585,838.
