Summary: California Organic Landscaping has an open purchase order (PO #230138) for services for $99,000 for the 2022/2023 school year. This existing open purchase order has been depleted due to the unexpected extensive work this firm completed for the District. Per Public Contract Code Section 20113, an increase of $55,747.00 is requested, to cover the emergency and urgent services they provided in the 2022/2023 fiscal year. The request of $55,747.00 will increase the PO for California Organic Landscaping from $99,000 to $154,747.00
