motion 'A move to approve of the expulsion of Student #04-23 from the Mt. Diablo Unified School District. Student will be eligible for readmission on 6/2/2023. Prior to readmission Student #04-23 is required to meet the following conditions:
Participate in twenty (20) hours of counseling to address responsibility and decision making, show evidence of a successful school experience, with no suspendible infractions, earn 60 credits, maintain a 2.0 GPA or better, and have a 90% attendance rate.'.
