Summary: Northgate High School is requesting permission for 15 students and 3 chaperones to travel to San Diego for the Surf and Slam Basketball Tournament, December 26-30, 2017. The team will fly down to San Diego. The Tournament has arranged for ground transportation. Students will be staying at a local hotel.
Funding: Trip is expected to cost $11,000.00 and will be paid through donations in Northgate's Athletic Booster's account and funds held in 358-3502.
Fiscal Impact No impact to the district budget as all costs will be coded to Northgate's basketball fund 358-3502 and Northgate's Athletic Booster account.
Recommendation: Approve Northgate High School's trip to San Diego, December 26-30, 2017, for the Surf and Slam Basketball Tournament.
