motion 'Approve to expel Student #05-17 from all schools of the Mt. Diablo Unified School District and that Student #05-17 may apply for readmission after June 30, 2017. It is required that Student #05-17 participates in twenty (20) hours of individual counseling to address drug offenses, serve 30 hours of community service, submit proof of a negative drug test, participate in California Offender Program Services (COPS), and show evidence of a successful school experience with good attendance, no suspendible behavior infraction, maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA and earn at least 60 credits prior to readmission.
