Summary:
|
The District and Contractor desire to amend the Agreement to the terms and conditions set forth herein to reflect additional sessions in the spring and summer so that students have access to sports programs for the remainder of the school year and summer Expanded Learning Programs. Fiscal impact to the original Agreement is an increase of $99,000.
MDUSD and HOKALI Inc would like to amend their current contract to add Spring and Summer 2025 sports programming at four CARES Expanded Learning Program middle schools (El Dorado, Holbrook, Oak Grove, Riverview). Each school will receive: Pre-session lunchtime student recruitment demos, 48 hours of Spring instruction (4/21/25 - 6/2/25), 48 hours of Summer instruction (6/4/25 - 6/30/25), End-of-session showcase. Each school will choose two of the following sports: Soccer, Basketball, Tennis, Running, Pickleball, Volleyball, Flag Football.
