motion 'Approve Student #01-19 be expelled from all schools of the Mt. Diablo Unified School District and that Student # 01-19 may apply for readmission after Friday, December 21, 2018. Prior to readmission, Student #01-19 is required to participate in twenty (20) hours of individual counseling to address anger management and defiance; complete 30 hours of community service; attend MDUSD Saturday Workshop for Anger Management; participate in California Offender Program Services (COPS) for aggression; and show evidence of a successful school experience, with no suspendible infractions, earn 30 credits and have a 90% attendance rate.'.
