Summary:
|
In April 2011, MDUSD, and Brookstreet Home Owners Association (HOA) and Northgate Neighborhood Network, entered into an Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) regarding the stadium lighting and bleacher project at Northgate High School. In April/May 2013, the Brookstreet HOA, Northgate Neighborhood Network and MDUSD entered into an Amendment to the MOU.
Brookstreet HOA and the District determined that entering into Second Amendment was needed in order to reflect that due to increased student participation in high school sports Northgate needed increased use of the stadium lights. This Second Amendment is between Brookstreet HOA and MDUSD and allows for increased use of the stadium lights. Of note, the Northgate Neighborhood Network did not agree to enter into this Second Amendment.
