Summary:
|
The services of a State Certified Project Inspector are required to oversee, inspect and to verify construction of the Elementary Modernization Phase II Projects at Meadow Homes, Mt. Diablo and Rio Vista Elementary Schools in order to be in compliance with all DSA approved drawings, specifications and applicable codes and regulations.
This is a Not to Exceed contract, with an hourly billing rate of $130 per hour.
