Mt. Diablo Unified School District Bid #1952 2025 Roofing Project #1 requested for roof renovations at Shadelands Preschool, Sunrise Elementary, and Valley View Middle Schools pursuant to PCC ยง20111.6. The scope included the restoration (replacement and refurbishment) of school roofs. Two Add Alts were also bid upon. #1 was to remove skylights and replace decking and roofing at Shadelands/Sunrise. #2 was to add duct seams to roofs at Valley View and are presented for consideration with this bid award. The District also has a Potential Allowance of $140,495 to be combined with the presented award. Seven (7) bid packages were received on March 13, 2025. Diablo Roofing Inc. is the lowest, responsible, responsive bidder.
