Summary:
|
In August 2020, the Board of Education approved a Professional Services Agreement for Legal Services between Burke Williams & Sorenson, LLP and the District. The Agreement was for a three year term, which could be extended by mutual agreement. This First Amendment extends the term through June 30, 2024.
By a separate item, the Board of Education will be asked to approve a new Master Legal Services Agreement template for the 2024-25 through 2026-27 school years.
