The Food and Nutrition Services Department is requesting to use a "Piggyback Bid" with Hayward Unified School District, Bid No. 22.06 per Public Contract Code PCC20118 for the 2021-2022 school year. The contract was awarded to Sysco Foods San Francisco as the vendor for food products, paper supplies, and cleaning supplies for the Food and Nutrition Services Department. Change Order for Purchase Order #220781 for Sysco San Francisco is not to exceed $600,000.00 bringing the total for Purchase Order #220781 to $1,246,000.
