Amended Motion | Member Keisha Nzewi Moved, Member Erin McFerrin seconded to approve the Amended motion 'Move to approve the Expulsion for Student #1-23. Prior to readmission, Student #1-23 is required to meet the following conditions: Participate in twenty (20) hours of counseling to address decision making, attend MDUSD Saturday Workshop for drugs/alcohol, submit a negative drug test, show evidence of a successful school experience, with no suspendible infractions, earn 30 credits, maintain a 2.0 GPA or better, and have a 90% attendance rate. Member (Erin McFerrin) Moved, Member (Keisha Nzewi) Seconded to approve the AMENDED motion 'Move to suspend the enforcement of the expulsion with conditions of the readmission plan remaining in force. Student is referred to Student Services for placement.' Upon a roll call vote being taken, the vote was: Aye: 4 Nay: 0.
