Summary: Mt. Diablo Unified School District Bid #1951 requested technology infrastructure upgrades to Northgate High School persuant to PCC ยง20111.6. The scope of work provides all materials, labor and equipment required for work shall include, but is not limited to selective demolition and construction, including associated civil, architectural, structural, plumbing, mechanical and/or electrical work. The invitation to bid indicates that the low bidder will be determined by the base bid amount.

Staff received three bid packages on March 13, 2025. Upon review of the bid packages. The lowest responsive, responsible bidder is determined to be Bockmon & Woody Electric Co., Inc. District staff is bringing to the Board our recommendation for award of bid #1951 to go to Bockmon & Woody Electric Co., Inc.

Owners Allowance $ 195,129.40
Contract Total $2,146,423.40
