In accordance with Government Code ยง 54953, the Board shall orally report a summary of a recommendation for a final action on the salary and contracts for unrepresented executives. On January 31, 2024, Board of Education approved an Employment Agreement for the position of General Counsel, effective from February 28, 2025, through June 30, 2025.
This item seeks approval of an First Amendment to to Employment Agreement for the position of General Counsel, effective June 30, 2025, through February 28, 2028, on on Range 48, Step 9 of DMA Management Schedule.
