Summary
:
On March 24, 2021 the Governing Board approved Resolution 20-21(#54A), authorizing the submittal of an application to the Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD) for the purpose of the Carl Moyer Grant. Subsequently, the BAAQMD has requested the addition of the second "whereas" clause to the original resolution.
