Summary:

The passage of Proposition 30 , the Schools and Local Public Safety Protection Act of 2012, created the Education Protection Account for school districts. The act requires the school board declare by resolution its intended use of the funds for the 2019-20 Fiscal Year. The District spending plan is attached.
