Summary
:
Pursuant to Section 17604 of the California Education Code, the Board of Education may delegate its authority to the Superintendent and/or her designee to allow for the timely award of various summer bid contracts, which will be returned for ratification at the Board of Education meeting on August 12, 2019. Approval of this Resolution is necessary in order to proceed with contract work during the Board’s summer recess.
Attached is a list of the known projects that may be awarded during the Board of Education’s summer recess.
