Summary: The District is seeking approval for a three-year contract in the amount of $157,998.98 for continued services from September 1, 2021 through August 31, 2024, with APTIM Environmental & Infrastructure, Inc., for storm water compliance support, SPCC Plan updates, sanitary sewer Industrial Users Permit compliance support, dry weather inspections, project management and Health and Safety Plan (HASP) throughout district sites. The yearly fee will be in the amount of $52,666.66 for 9/1/21 – 8/31/22; $52,666.66 for 9/1/22 – 8/31/23; $52,666.66 for 09/1/23 – 8/31/24.

Per Government Code 53060, the District is authorized to contract out services that require specialized training, experience and competent persons to perform special services that are not provided by District Staff.
