motion 'Approve that Student #14-18 be expelled from all schools of the Mt. Diablo Unified School District and that Student #14-18 may apply for readmission after Friday, June 29, 2018. Prior to readmission, Student #14-18 is required to participate in twenty (20) hours of individual counseling to address drugs and anger management; participate in thirty (30) hours of community service; attend MDUSD Saturday Workshops for drugs and anger management; participate in California Offender Program Services (COPS) for anger management; and show evidence of a successful school experience, with no suspendible infractions, earn 30 credits and have a 90% attendance rate.'.
