Summary: MDUSD Career Pathways requests approval to of the purchase of a Hunter Maverick Tire Changer to support the transportation pathway at Mt. Diablo High School (MDHS). This product will help students learn to break a bead of a tire, dismount and mount a tire safely, how to reset a bead and how to properly inflate a tire to specifications. This is industry standard equipment. Upon review of 3 proposals, staff is recommending Edwards & Sons Equipment Service, Inc. for the Transportation pathway at MDHS.
