The Mt. Diablo Unified School District Transportation Department requests the Board’s approval of the Home-to-School Transportation Services Plan for the second consecutive year. The Transportation Department has reviewed the plan for any updates and determined that no changes from the previously adopted plan were necessary. This Plan, originally approved as part of the three-year adoption on March 6, 2024 (Agenda Item 14.30), outlines the transportation services provided to students by the District.
The plan remains unchanged from last year’s adoption and is a required component for qualifying for home-to-school transportation reimbursement through the California Department of Education. While this plan is part of a three-year approval cycle, it may be updated at any time as needed.
Approval of this request ensures continued compliance with state requirements and maintains eligibility for reimbursement funding.
