Summary: Diablo Valley Educational Therapy is a local agency provider of compensatory education services in the areas of mathematics and English language arts instruction. Compensatory education services are agreed to through the alternative dispute resolution process and are individually determined on a case by case basis. Requested funds are to cover anticipated expenses for the remainder of the 2021/22 school year.

Fiscal Impact The requested increase of $15,000.00 brings the contract total to $30,000.00. Requested funds are a budgeted expense in the 2021/22 budget.
