Summary:

On January 18, 2023, the Board of Education approved the Letter of Engagement with Dannis, Wolver and Kelly (DWK) Attorneys at Law to have them be an available legal resource as needed for MDUSD.
The proposed amendment will allow for payment for additional legal work performed for MDUSD in the Fall of 2023, and for some potential upcoming work in the spring of 2024.
