Summary:
At the April 13 Board Meeting, a presentation was given regarding the restructure of the Maintenance and Operations Department.

In order to align with the restructure of the department, the job description for Custodial and Operations Manager is being brought forward for approval. Staff will be reclassified to assist with rightsizing the Maintenance and Operations Department.

The restructuring of the Department will come back to the Board for final consideration and approval at a future date.
