Summary:
District staff is bringing forward Purchase Order (PO) Summary Report for the month of November, 2021. This report shows the Purchase Orders for said month, including the amounts, vendors, and budgets used. The PO report is presented in accordance with Education Code Section 17604, and in an effort to be transparent in District orders and smaller contracts under $25,000. This report will also include larger orders and service agreements previously submitted to the Board or individual approval.

To continue our transparency with technology purchases, staff has also provided a breakout of computer/technology purchases for November 2021. This total is included in the master Purchase Order Summary list.
