Mt. Diablo Unified School District partners with California School Board Association (CSBA) on district policies to reflect current state and federal law. Current BP 4243.1 was last updated in 2003, and does not reflect current law. Staff is proposing updating this board policy to maintain the most current policies and practices and to provide further transparency to the public regarding personnel negotiations and budgetary constraints.
