Summary:

|
Pursuant to California Education Code section 41032(a) and District Board Policy 3290, the District may accept gifts or donations subject to conditions or restrictions that the District's Board of Trustees may prescribe. The District must consider whether acceptance of a gift or donation implies endorsement of any business or product or is inconsistent with the District's vision and philosophy. This MOU describes the consensual understanding and expectations of the Parties, not a change in the governance of either Party. This MOU also outlines the responsibilities of both District and Foundation. |
