On May 21, 2018, the Board of Education awarded Bid #1802 to Hung Construction Builder Inc. in the amount of $592,200 for the provision of all tools, materials, labor and equipment necessary to facilitate restroom improvements at Bancroft Elementary and Silverwood Elementary.
As a result of District requested scope of work, and to address unforeseen existing conditions, utility infrastructure and building modifications a single, final change order in the amount of $12,066.29 is necessary.
This final change order will result in a contract value of $604,266.29, an increase of 12,066.29 |
