Summary:

At the May 8, 2024 Board Meeting, the Board took action to approve the proposal with TriStrux to Remove the Radio Tower from Clayton Valley Charter High School. Due to an unexpected circumstance, TriStrux was unable to complete the work.
We are now asking to ratify the proposal with Airtight Construction for the removal of the tower in accordance with the settlement agreement.
The purchase order with TriStrux was canceled. |
