Summary:
The Walnut Acres Day Care Center, Inc. has a relocatable building at Walnut Acres Elementary School. This agreement renews the Real Property Lease Agreement from July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2018 with a yearly renewal for four years. Extensions will be approved by the Superintendent over the ensuing four years.  
Funding:
There are no District funds expended to provide this site lease.
