On April 22, 2019, the Board awarded Bid 1834 Bockmon & Woody Co., Inc., in the amount of $539,000.00 for the Warehouse Infrastructure Upgrade Project.
During construction and due to the age and unforeseen conditions of the property many modifications were required as well as necessary additions, cost saving deductions, etc.
The final charge order will result in a contract value of $586,587.17, an increase of $47,587.17 which is an increase of 8.83% of the original contract. |
