On February 13, 2017, the Board took action to award Bid 1765 to Joseph Murphy Construction, Inc., to provide tools, materials, labor, and equipment necessary to provide demolition, deck repair, drain boxes, thermoplastic (singly-ply) roofing system, and all finishes to complete roofing replacement at Holbrook Elementary School. Contract Value: $617,500.00 Change Order: $9,065.00 Final Contract Value: $626,565.00 Work and services for this project have been satisfactorily completed according to the District's drawings and specifications. |
