Summary:
There a number of school sites on which various third party providers place relocatable buildings for the purpose of providing child care for the school and community. These leases are generally for nominal amounts since there are great benefits provided to students and their families. Utilities are reimbursed.
These leases have been in place, in most cases, for over 20 years.
There are provisions in each lease for a series of one year extensions over a period of five years.
 
Funding:
There are no District funds expended to provide these site leases.

None  
Recommendation
That the Board approve the leases presented for the period of 2016 to 2018. Extensions will be approved by the Superintendent over the ensuing five years.
